We have a few policies that ensure all guests at Columbine Cabins have an equally enjoyable stay with us.
Cancellation Policy:
Columbine Cabins's is a unique destination where every Guest Reservation is important and special to us. In the unlikely event, you must cancel your reservations more than 72 hours in advance of your check in time, we will refund 100%. In the unlikely event you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your check-in time no refund will be available unless we can rebook your cabin(s). If we are able to rebook your cabin(s), you will be refunded the cost of each night rebooked a less $50 processing fee.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional $20. Pets must be leashed at all times on the property and may not be left unattended in the cabins. Keep pets off of the furniture to avoid a $45 cleaning fee. Please clean up after your pet. If your pet is loud or unmanageable and disturbs other guests you may be asked to leave non-refunded.
- We accept all major credit cards or cash.
- NO SMOKING INDOORS
- Use of the Hot Tub and Fire Pit are allowed from 9am-10pm. When a fire ban is in effect, the fire pit will not be available. Always fully extinguish any fires at the end of use.
- Keep in mind that we work hard to provide you with a pleasant, comfortable stay. Please be respectful of others. Enjoy your stay in Grand Lake and remember to have fun!
